Quality Assurance
We adhere to a rigorous quality assurance regime to ensure accurate and reliable results. The whole value of the chain of key components leading to a test result is critically reviewed for compliance. This is inclusive of recruitment, staff training, procurement, instrumentation, logistics and general management. GPL is inspired by and has set itself to achieve the ISO 15189 international standards for medical laboratories.
Strategic Partnerships
A minority of tests not offered internally or locally are referred to a SANAS accredited Partner Laboratory in Pretoria, South Africa. Through this referral arrangement, GPL can handle almost any test request. GPL has also forged smart partnerships with reputable suppliers of equipment and consumables giving us market leadership in the pricing and value for money matrix.
